We’ve subbed Palmer Fence on multiple Garcias General jobs and they’re our first call for iron and fence work. Licensed, insured, COIs sent same day, and their crews are true pros. Showed up on schedule, no change orders, zero punch list items, and left the site cleaner than they found it. Welds and finish work are clean, and they communicate if anything comes up. If you’re a GC who hates babysitting subs, call Palmer. If you’re a homeowner, same answer. We’ll keep using them on every project we can.

I hired Palmar Fence to reinstall an aluminum pool fence that had been poorly installed by another company. We cannot recommend this company enough. Paulina was very communicative and patient with us as we decided and budgeted for the iron fence we wanted in our front yard. We were provided with a quote for a standard fence the same day in February and we then requested a second quote for a custom fence and powder quote and Francisco provided that. Paulina was able to reach out to her vendor and supply me with different colors which was great. Other companies were very limited in colors (black or white) and type of panels they were able to fabricate so having a company that was willing and able to meet our needs and wants was amazing. After we agreed to the quote, we received a contract with the scope of work and then provided a deposit. A week later posts were installed and 3 weeks later the panels and doors were installed. When there were questions both Francisco and Paulina worked with my husband and I. The entire process was easy because they communicated really well so it allowed for my husband and I to reach out to them when needed.

I’m extremely satisfied with my fence/gate project. It adds security and curb appeal that even your neighbors will appreciate. I’m the kind of person that likes to get the highest quality products the first time around. My experience has been that most companies will try to talk you down or will avoid the conversation because they just don’t carry the quality of materials you are looking for. Not Palmers! Francisco was fully onboard with helping me achieve the goals of my project. In addition, Paulina was excellent to work with starting with my initial call and the logistics. They also advised me of the proper height and design requirements at the City for front yard fences. Francisco suggested high-grade quality steel (powder coated) and tongue&groove redwood board to increase privacy. Francisco and his crew completed the installation in two days!
