Palmer Fence is a commercial and industrial metal fencing contractor in Sacramento, California. Our legal name is Palmers Iron Fence LLC, doing business as Palmer Fence, California contractor’s license #1094329. These terms govern your use of the website palmerfence.com.

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.

What this website is

This site describes the fencing work we do so you can decide whether to contact us. Nothing on it is a bid, a contract, or a guaranteed price. Where we publish price ranges, those are typical ranges from past jobs, shared so you can budget. Real pricing comes in a written quote for your specific scope, and fence work is contracted in a written agreement between you and us, separate from this website.

Submitting a quote request or calling us does not create a contract. A project starts when both sides approve a written quote or contract.

Using the site

Normal browsing is what the site is for, and search engines are welcome to index it. What you may not do:

• Scrape or harvest content, photos, or contact information from the site, including for spam lists
• Send spam or automated submissions through our forms
• Probe, disable, or interfere with the site’s security or its hosting
• Misrepresent yourself as us, or use the site to mislead anyone

Our content and photos

The text, photos, and logo on this site belong to Palmers Iron Fence LLC. The job photos are from our own projects. You may view, share links to, and print pages for your own use, for example when evaluating us for a project. You may not republish our content or photos for commercial purposes without written permission from us.

We link to outside websites, such as the Contractors State License Board and the Department of Industrial Relations, and we use a small set of third-party tools described in our Privacy Policy. Those sites and tools are not ours, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
